What you’ll do

At adidas, we are committed to living the LEAN philosophy and applying LEAN principles to our daily operations – maximizing customer value while minimizing waste and continuously improving our ways of working.

This position will facilitate the implementation of the LEAN Management philosophy in support of goals and objectives. The role involves driving initiatives, supporting site leadership in deploying LEAN concepts, identifying improvement opportunities, and coaching multiple improvement teams within the Distribution Centre to effect rapid change.

Skills you’ll need
