Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join the Data Center Power & Control Division Starline team in Reading, UK. The role focuses on implementing lean transformation, daily management, and cultural deployment of CI tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency across the plant.

Key activities include leading Kaizen events, coaching teams, mapping value streams, and maintaining standard work.

Qualifications

• Three to five years supporting Lean/CI in manufacturing.
• Experience in world-class lean environments preferred.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Experience developing engineered labor standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement tactical lean strategies to achieve the desired vision.
• Support KPI achievement and objectives for the plant.
• Identify, address and eliminate process obstacles with site personnel.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and coach teams.
• Maintain visual management tools and standard work.
