Job summary

Black Point Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Leafing Collector for outdoor seasonal leaf clearance work. The assignment is 2–4 weeks with potential progression to a Refuse Loader depending on needs.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00, with a minimum of 8 hours per day, at £14.24 per hour. The role suits someone practical, safety-conscious and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

We are currently recruiting for a Leafing Collector to work with a reputable waste management company, supporting its seasonal leaf clearance operations. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, hardworking individual who enjoys practical, outdoor work and takes pride in keeping public areas clean, tidy and safe.

The assignment is expected to last approximately 2–4 weeks, with the potential to move into a Refuse Loader role afterwards, depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweeping and collecting fallen leaves from outdoor areas.

• Bagging up leaves ready for disposal.

• Using leaf blowers and other equipment safely and effectively.
