The starting salary for this role will usually be at the bottom of the salary range and will be pro-rata if the working hours are less than full time.

The Role & Key Responsibilities
Sussex & Surrey Police are seeking one Leadership Trainer based at Sussex Police headquarters, Lewes but with responsibilities across both Forces.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Leadership training interventions across both Forces, as well as project work, ensuring that our leaders are equipped with the skills they need to manage and lead their teams effectively.
This role will proactively work with the business and Learning and Professional Development (L&PD) teams to develop and promote a learning culture within both Forces.
Specifically, the role will support all Officers, Staff, Supervisors and Line Managers to:
