Gulliver's Leadership Trainee Academy – 12th year, fast‑growing theme park resorts seeking the next generation of leaders.

Programme overview

• 12‑month rotation across multiple departments: rides & attractions, food & beverage, accommodation, retail, and guest experience
• A tailored industry training programme to build management skills
• Mentorship and guidance from senior leaders
• Ownership of bespoke projects that challenge and stretch your abilities

Qualifications

• Graduate or entry‑level enthusiast with experience or interest in leisure, tourism, or hospitality
• Eligible to work in the UK (proof required)
