Following the continued success of our Trainee Manager programme, we’re proud to relaunch this, in its 12th year as the Leadership Trainee Academy.
This is your opportunity to step into a hands‑on leadership role within a thriving, ambitious business based at one of our resorts in Warrington, Milton Keynes, Matlock Bath, or Rother Valley.
This isn’t a watch‑from‑the-sidelines programme. From day one, you’ll be immersed in operations, learning how to delight families and lead teams, make decisions, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll need to be flexible and able to work across all of our UK locations during the 12‑month programme (accommodation provided), gaining valuable exposure to different teams and environments.
