The Role As a Leadership Team Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive, professional support to the Maritime & Land Managing Director, ensuring effective diary and time management to enable delivery of objectives in line with business and customer deadlines
Day-to-day, you ’ll be responsible for prioritising, monitoring, and coordinating email and written correspondence, as well as establishing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes. This includes the secure management, storage, and retrieval of information, with particular care for confidential, strategic, personal, and business critical materials.

This role is 37 hours per week based at our Farnborough site with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week.
At our Farnborough site exciting work takes place at our state-of-the-art facility, with high-energy laser technologies, our 5m pressurised wind tunnel which has a simulation capability that is unique in the UK and our large research and development projects is a real hub of creativity, research and innovation.
