Job summary

You'll facilitate workshops, analyse workforce insight and coach managers to tackle people challenges, turning insight into practical action that helps services thrive.

Qualifications

• You are curious about people and motivated by organisational improvement.
• Experience in organisational development, learning and development, or change management is desirable.
• Ability to connect with people, build credibility, and translate insight into action.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and support change initiatives across services.
• Analyse workforce insight and employee feedback to identify themes.
• Coach managers to tackle people challenges and improve team performance.
• Translating good intentions into practical actions that improve culture.
• Work with colleagues across the council to deliver tangible outcomes.
