You will work with services across the Council to support a culture of continuous improvement and customer focussed service delivery and you will also lead on the delivery of key projects for the Leadership Team.

You will need excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills (including the ability to write without using unnecessary jargon or complicated language) and you will also need to work to deadlines in a high-profile pressured environment.
