Job summary

BT Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to bring delivery discipline, structure and control across the leadership development portfolio. You will ensure integrated plans are clear, progress is visible and governance runs smoothly, enabling programme leads and subject matter experts to focus on content and impact.

You will connect milestones, resources, communications, suppliers and reporting to make the portfolio operate as a unified leadership system.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex programmes across multiple teams.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder environments and cross-functional workstreams.
• Ability to translate designs into clear delivery plans, journeys and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan across the leadership portfolio, managing milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate activity across programmes while clarifying scope, audiences and outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end programme delivery including events, sessions, assessments and coaching.
• Own governance cadences, decisions and follow-through to ensure momentum.
• Manage RAID across the portfolio, track risks and escalate concerns early.
• Maintain project documentation and evidence to support governance and assurance.
• Produce portfolio reporting and progress updates for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate data collection and insights to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with programme leads, business units and external partners.
• Coordinate communications and programme touchpoints to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Oversee logistics and scheduling for programme activities.
