• Governance and delivery discipline with clear actions and decisions.
• Executive briefings, presentations and updates for senior audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management across organisational boundaries.
• Ability to manage competing demands and tight deadlines.
• Discretion handling confidential information in a high-profile environment.
• Proficient use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams; familiar with planning tools.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the integrated programme plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate inputs across strategy, operations, technology, finance and people.Escalate risks, issues or slippage to programme leaders.
• Plan and coordinate governance meetings, prepare agendas and capture decisions.
• Maintain governance records and ensure commitments are reflected in the plan.
• Produce concise, high-quality executive materials and stakeholder communications.
• Organise workshops and events, ensuring clear outcomes and follow-up.
