We're looking for a Leadership Development Practitioner to take a lead role in designing, developing and delivering our leadership and management development offer across the Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how current and future leaders grow, develop and thrive.
As a Leadership Development Practitioner, you'll play a key role in developing current and future leaders across Birmingham Children’s Trust. You'll design and deliver leadership and management development programmes, support leaders through coaching and mentoring, and help create clear development pathways that enable colleagues to grow and succeed. Working collaboratively with teams across the organisation, you'll identify development needs and turn them into practical, engaging learning opportunities. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact by helping to build confident, capable leaders who can deliver the best outcomes for children, young people and families.
