We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, committed to innovation, partnership working and excellence in social work practice.

The Children’s Advice and Support Service (CASS) is Birmingham Children’s Trust’s front door service. CASS plays a vital role in ensuring children and families receive the right help at the right time through timely, robust and child-centred decision-making.
