Job summary

With Leadership is a boutique leadership development consultancy focused on creating purpose-full leadership and awe-inspiring learning experiences. The Lead Consultant role centers on designing and delivering tailored leadership programmes and coaching engagements for diverse client organisations.

Working closely with clients, you will translate strategic and organisational needs into engaging development experiences, manage projects, and help grow the business through proactive relationship

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes and workshops for managers and senior leaders.
• Executive presence that commands value with clients.
• Strong facilitation skills with leadership teams and strategy sessions.
• Experience coaching individuals and/or teams; coaching accreditation preferable.
• Project management from client concept to evaluation, with clear proposals.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership development programmes, workshops and coaching engagements bespoke for clients.
• Lead client consultations, programme design, workshop facilitation and evaluation of impact.
• Build trusted client relationships, own projects and manage stakeholder needs.
• Identify new client opportunities through networking and proposals.
• Inspire and lead internal colleagues to deliver high-quality activities.
