Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is hiring a Leadership and Coaching Co-ordinator for a 12–15 month fixed term/secondment. The role is based in Bristol or Leeds with hybrid working, two days in the office and a focus on delivering end-to-end leadership and coaching programmes.

The role requires at least 2 years' experience, strong stakeholder relations and the ability to optimise processes using data and AI-enabled solutions. Salary is £34,000 per year with generous benefits and flexible working patterns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience overseeing end-to-end coaching/leadership/talent programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisation with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with complex systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use data/insight to improve service delivery/outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; see the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of leadership and coaching services and programmes with a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage customer enquiries, provide timely responses, triage and referrals per SLAs.
• Oversee coach matching, scheduling, programme administration and attendance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of internal and associate coaches.
• Act as a key contact for leadership/coaching suppliers and technology providers to ensure governance and quality.
• Support programme communications, change activity and supplier management processes.
