Job summary

Bowden Brompton Community School seeks an experienced leader to provide guidance for Career Education and Vocational Pathways 7-12, and to oversee the Beach Campus operations. The role involves shaping programs and events to boost senior student engagement in SACE.

The successful candidate will work within the Leadership Team, develop Life Skills and tailored learning initiatives, and consider part-time or flexible arrangements. Tenure runs 22/01/2027 to 26/01/2028.

To provide positive, constructive and supportive leadership in, and effectively manage, all aspects of Career Education and Vocational Pathways 7-12.

Support with operational aspects of the Beach Campus.

Provide leadership and support, within the school's Leadership Team in the development of programs (Life Skills, VET, Career Education, Tailored Learning, alternative programs), and events to support the senior students' engagement in SACE.
