Job summary

Groundwork London is seeking a Senior Employment Advisor in London to deliver the Youth Jobs Guarantee across Central and North London. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with a closing date of 2 November 2026.

You will work with young people referred by Jobcentre Plus, guiding them through every stage of their journey and helping them secure sustainable employment, while coordinating with our Employer Liaison Team and supporting six-month placements.

Responsibilities

• Guide participants through every stage of their journey, from joining to securing sustainable employment.
• Provide high-quality information, advice and guidance to help develop realistic action plans and prepare for work.
• Support participants into subsidised placements and continue coaching and practical support throughout their placement.
