ENL Legal Recruitment seeks a Criminal Solicitor (Duty Solicitor) in Coventry with 2+ years PQE. You will manage your own caseload, progress cases efficiently, and provide clear advice to clients.

The role offers the chance to work closely with the Head of Department on complex matters and to develop your criminal law expertise. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, with strong case management, excellent communication, and good IT skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in criminal law.
• Higher Rights of Audience desirable.
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing a busy workload.
• Strong case management and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of criminal matters and progress cases efficiently.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process.
• Assist Head of Department with more complex matters as needed.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines, communicating with clients and colleagues.
