Thames Reach is looking for a Lead Worker to join the Staying Well Team, supporting people experiencing mental health issues in Lambeth and surrounding areas. You will work in partnership with NHS organisations and local authorities to deliver holistic care and wellbeing planning.
You will supervise Trainees, develop support plans, and coordinate risk assessments, while collaborating with colleagues to deliver effective, person-centred interventions across both short- and longer-term horizons.

The Lambeth Living Well Network Alliance supports people in Lambeth experiencing mental illness. Thames Reach works in partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Lambeth NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Lambeth Council and Certitude to deliver mental health services as part of the innovative transformation of mental health services in the borough.
