Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Maternity Cover

As a Lead Worker, you will provide early, targeted, and flexible support to individuals and families across Telford and Wrekin. You will work with young people aged 16-54 and older individuals aged 55+, supporting them to maintain their tenancies, achieve financial independence, and improve their health and well-being. This role focuses on homelessness prevention, tenancy sustainment, and promoting independent living.

Strong communication and advocacy skills, with experience working collaboratively with external agencies. Proficient in IT systems and record-keeping, ensuring accurate documentation of customer support. Knowledge of housing-related support, financial management, and safeguarding practices.
