Job summary

Vantage Point is seeking a senior Workday Programme Director to own a live, large-scale HR transformation across multiple geographies. You will lead client-side delivery, manage system integrators, and drive governance, cadence and accountability with senior stakeholders.

The role requires independent leadership, challenge of assumptions, and delivery momentum in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on programme budgets and value realization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale Workday programmes as the accountable Programme Director or Client-Side Lead.
• Proven track record delivering complex global HR transformations with multiple workstreams and geographies.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and broader HR transformation journeys.
• Experience managing large system integrators, consulting partners and third‑party delivery organisations.
• Demonstrable governance at Executive Committee/Steering Committee or Board level.

Responsibilities

• Take overall client-side accountability for successful programme delivery.
• Drive mobilisation through deployment and stabilisation with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain delivery plans, milestones and dependencies aligned to objectives.
• Escalate and resolve delivery issues quickly with stakeholders and partners.
• Lead governance forums and executive reporting to C-suite.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and resource plans for the programme.
• Track benefits realisation and programme value across the life cycle.
