Job summary

Morson Edge (Financial Services) is seeking a Workday System Owner to lead the ownership of their Workday HCM and Finance platform. This pivotal role involves ensuring optimal governance, enhancement, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Workday management, leadership skills, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Candidates must hold a UK/EU Passport or Indefinite Leave to Remain. The position offers a salary between £85,000 to £95,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including PMI and a generous pension contribution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning or leading a Workday HCM and/or Finance environment.
• Strong understanding of Workday governance, release management, and system optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultative communication skills.

• Own the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday HCM and Finance system.
• Lead governance processes, strategic roadmapping, and cross-functional resource planning.
