Technet It Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Principal Workday Financials Consultant to support its UK Workday Practice and build out the capability.

This is a senior, client-facing role leading complex workstreams, shaping solution design and acting as a trusted advisor through end-to-end Workday transformations.

We seek deep expertise in Workday Financials and proven leadership across lifecycle implementations, with the ability to mentor other consultants and engage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday Financials implementation experience.
• Proven track record leading financials workstreams.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management.
• Experience across full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Current SC Clearance or Clearable SC.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financials workstreams across complex implementations.
• Facilitate client workshops and design sessions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Own functional solution design and configuration decisions.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover and go-live activity.
• Collaborate with Data, Integrations, Security, Reporting and Change teams.
• Manage senior client stakeholders.
• Provide functional leadership and mentoring to other consultants.
• Support solutioning, estimations and pre-sales activity where required.
