Qualifications

• Proven background delivering civil engineering or water infra projects.
• NEC contract experience is non-negotiable.
• Water sector experience preferred (treatment works, pipework, pumping stations).
• SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold, and EUSR Water Hygiene required before mobilisation.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery and lead teams.
• Drive programme, control costs, and manage change.
