Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is seeking an experienced Design Manager Lead to support major water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the South. The role coordinates multidisciplinary design from outline through to construction, working with delivery teams, consultants, subcontractors and supply-chain partners.

The successful candidate will have significant Design Management or Design Coordination experience within major infrastructure, with water/wastewater sector exposure.

Qualifications

• Significant design management or design coordination experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Water/wastewater sector experience.
• Ability to manage interfaces across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, ICA and Process disciplines.
• Remote work with occasional site attendance in Hampshire and Sussex.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design from outline through to construction.
• Work with delivery teams, external consultants, subcontractors and supply-chain partners.
• Ensure design packages are coordinated, progressed to programme and aligned with construction requirements.
• Identify design risks and drive resolutions.
