Johns Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Principal Water Environmental Specialist to lead the growing water team and shape the future of our multidisciplinary environmental consultancy in the UK.

The role involves leading projects from concept to completion, mentoring team members, and growing client relationships within a wider Ecology Group, with hybrid working in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered Water Environment professional (C.WEM, C.Eng or equivalent).
• Significant UK consultancy experience in hydrology, flood risk and water environment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the water team across projects from concept to completion.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide practical, commercially focused advice.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the growth of the Ecology Group’s Water Environment services.
• Deliver a diversified portfolio of UK projects across hydrology, flood risk, sustainable drainage and water quality.
