Job summary

Well Placed HR is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a growing Cornwall-based business in St Austell. You will run the day-to-day warehouse operations, lead the team, and ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time across Cornwall and nationwide.

The role requires at least three years in warehousing, with supervisory experience preferred. A full UK driving licence is needed, and the hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00am–4.30pm, on a permanent contract with progression

Qualifications

• At least three years' warehouse experience.
• Previous team-leading or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with picking, packing, goods in/goods out and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Lead and support the warehouse team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Manage goods in/out, stock checks and dispatch.
• Coordinate deliveries via company vans, carriers and pallet networks.
• Work with purchasing to manage stock levels and shortages.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and accurate record-keeping.
