Qualifikationen

• Experience leading warehouse teams on day-to-day operations.
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.
• Experience coordinating daily warehouse activities and workloads.
• Strong stock control and accuracy practices.
• Awareness of health and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and allocate workloads.
• Monitor productivity and ensure daily targets are met.
• Oversee receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of stock.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing and loading of orders.
• Maintain stock accuracy via regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and issues.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and report defects.
• Maintain housekeeping and health and safety standards.
• Report accidents, near misses and hazards promptly.
• Provide guidance and training to warehouse colleagues.
• Support induction and training of new team members.
• Encourage teamwork, accountability and high standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
