Job summary

Win Berry is seeking a Permanent Warehouse & Logistics Manager in Lydney, Gloucestershire. You will oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations, manage material flows, and ensure safe, efficient storage both in-house and at external warehouses.

Lead and develop warehouse staff, coordinate deliveries from ports, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with production, quality, logistics and finance to optimise stock control, layouts and processes. SAP and BDE experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics management.
• Export knowledge, particularly into Europe.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or MES systems.
• Excel data analysis proficiency.
• Willingness to travel to external warehouse sites.
• Change management experience and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Manage internal material flows and storage.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory control.
• Coordinate deliveries from ports.
