Experis IT is seeking a Lead Vue.js Engineer to lead front-end development, shape architecture, and collaborate with Product and Back End teams. You will drive modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development within a global software business.

You will balance hands-on coding (60–70%) with people management, delivering features, guiding AI agents, and setting architectural direction for scalable, maintainable software.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial Vue.js experience and solid HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience building and maintaining complex web applications.
• Confidence making Front End architectural decisions and explaining reasoning.
• Experience providing technical leadership and coaching developers.
• Good understanding of Front End testing, performance, and maintainable components.
• Practical interest in AI-assisted engineering and critical evaluation of AI outputs.
• Strong communication across technical and product teams.
• People management experience or readiness to lead a small team.
• Experience with Java Back End services or AWS hosted applications.

Responsabilités

• Leading Front End development using Vue.js.
• Shaping Front End architecture, component design and coding standards.
• Reviewing code and AI-generated output for quality, maintainability and performance.
• Working with Product to clarify requirements and create clear implementation specifications.
• Collaborating with Java Back End engineers on integration and technical decisions.
• Improving automated testing, CI/CD and development tooling.
• Owning squad delivery, resolving blockers and raising risks early.
• Supporting engineers through regular one-to-ones, feedback and development planning.
