Qualifications

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with more than three years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading a veterinary team and coordinating services.
• Strong surgical interest with a pragmatic, evidence-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance for the hospital and the veterinary team.
• Oversee recruitment, coaching and day-to-day mentoring of staff.
• Deliver accessible, high-quality surgical and medical care to patients and clients.
