The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to step into practice ownership through a unique partnership opportunity in Lincolnshire. This role is ideal for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon looking to combine clinical leadership with the financial rewards and autonomy of owning a successful small animal practice.

Based in a purpose-built clinic near Sleaford, the practice features five consulting rooms, two theatres, a dental suite, an imaging suite and modern first-opinion equipment, with plans to develop into a veterinary hospital. The successful candidate will join a stable, experienced team and play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care, mentoring colleagues and driving the continued growth of the practice.
