The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to step into a unique practice ownership and partnership opportunity in South Wales.

Leading two established small animal practices, the successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, mentor the veterinary team and drive high standards of patient and client care. One of the practices is well equipped with an orthopaedic theatre, digital X-ray, ultrasound and an in-house laboratory.

This role offers the chance to enjoy the rewards of practice ownership without the challenges of going it alone. A dedicated support network provides expertise in finance, HR, marketing, operations and business development, allowing partners to focus on clinical excellence and practice growth.
