Peterborough. This role is ideal for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon looking to combine clinical leadership with the long-term rewards of owning and growing a successful veterinary practice.

The successful candidate will lead an established small animal practice, maintaining high clinical standards, mentoring the veterinary team and delivering exceptional patient and client care. The practice is equipped with excellent facilities, including an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, ultrasound, ECG and modern surgical equipment, with the capability to perform laparoscopic procedures alongside advanced orthopaedic and ophthalmology cases.

As a practice partner, they will benefit from the support of an experienced veterinary network, with dedicated teams providing expertise in finance, HR, marketing, operations and business development. This allows the Lead Veterinary Surgeon to focus on delivering outstanding clinical care while developing a thriving and profitable practice.

The ideal candidate will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical skills and previous leadership or mentoring experience.
