CliniHunters is representing a prestigious, clinically led independent veterinary group seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with leadership qualities to oversee two established practices. You will lead and support a team of three veterinary surgeons, working alongside a nursing and support team.

Role focuses on clinical leadership, ongoing professional development, and shaping clinical strategy while maintaining high standards of patient care and client service for a growing independent group.

Qualifications

• Must be an RCVS-registered veterinary surgeon.
• Experience in soft-tissue surgery; orthopaedics advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team-development abilities; excellent client communication.

Responsibilities
