Job summary

Chattyvets in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to lead a small animal practice within a supportive clinical network.

You will mentor the team, drive clinical standards, and work with the Practice Manager to support growth; 1 in 6 weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital and a shared on-call rota.

The role offers clinical autonomy with network backing, funded CPD, and a competitive DOE salary with a Lead Vet bonus and relocation support.

Qualifications

  • Experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with MRCVS registration.

The Role
