Job summary

GLG Vets in London, Greater London is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to provide clinical leadership across consulting, soft tissue and routine surgery, with a focus on gold‑standard care and client relationships.

You will mentor and develop Vets, RVNs and SVNs, contribute to the clinical roadmap, oversee case continuity, rota planning and governance, and enjoy protected leadership time in a supportive, friendly team.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK small-animal first opinion practice.
• Confidence with routine surgery and consults.
• Further certifications welcomed.
