Job summary

GLG Vets in Littlehampton, West Sussex, seeks a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to provide clinical leadership across consulting, soft tissue and routine surgery. You will champion governance, audits and best-practice protocols while mentoring Vets and RVNs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in UK small-animal first opinion practice.
  • Confidence with routine surgery and consults.

Lead Veterinary Surgeon — Littlehampton, West Sussex

Overview: Join a well‑run, friendly practice as a Lead Veterinary Surgeon based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. Set in Littlehampton, West Sussex, you’ll enjoy a supportive community, independent shops and quick routes to both city and coast.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership across consulting, soft tissue and routine surgery
  • Champion clinical governance, audits and best‑practice protocols
  • Mentor and develop Vets, RVNs and SVNs; support CPD plans
