Codasip is seeking a DV Manager to lead the expansion of its Verification team across multiple Design Centers in the UK. The role focuses on project leadership, verification strategy, and hands-on verification of RISC-V processors and IP blocks.

You will guide engineers, collaborate with fellow Verification Leads, and drive excellence in verification methodologies while aligning with company objectives and technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in semiconductor verification.
• Experience with CPU/ASIC verification methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead expansion of the Verification team across multiple Design Centers.
• Collaborate with other Verification Leads to share responsibilities.
• Verify RISC-V processors and extensions.
• Take ownership of IP verification projects.
• Contribute to the company strategy on verification and process improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and build a culture of verification excellence.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize project execution.
