Job summary

PRO TAX in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced VAT Director with a strong Not-for-Profit specialism to advise charities and not-for-profit organisations on complex VAT matters.

You will lead high‑level VAT advisory projects, build trusted client relationships and work with Partners to grow the Not-for-Profit VAT offering.

This role provides a platform to progress toward Partner and to shape the growth of the firm's market‑leading Not-for-Profit VAT practice.

Qualifications

• Significant UK VAT experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong experience advising charities and Not-for-Profit organisations.
• Technical understanding of complex VAT issues.
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead advisory projects.
• Ambition to grow a specialist Not-for-Profit VAT offering.
