Lead UX/UI Designer – £80k + Stock Options | Hybrid (UK) | Own the Design Vision of a VC-Backed SaaS Disruptor

Join a VC-backed startup revolutionizing a multi-trillion dollar industry with a SaaS platform focused on analytics. After their Series-A funding, they’ve secured major clients worldwide and are poised for growth.

In your first 6 months, you will:

• Audit and rebuild the design system
• Lead the UX and UI design of their platform with clarity and future-proof decisions

From month 6 onwards, your focus will shift to:

• Strategic product thinking to make long-lasting decisions across the roadmap
• Leadership and mentoring of mid-level contractors and future design hires
• Representing the design perspective with senior stakeholders
