Job summary

Darktrace Cambridge is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to strengthen our cybersecurity platform by delivering strategic UX research across multiple products. You will shape how users interact with Darktrace's evolving suite and influence product direction through solid evidence and stakeholder collaboration.

You will work closely with UX/UI, Product and Engineering to translate insights into actionable outputs, guide platform unification and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading foundational and strategic UX research in complex software environments.
• Proven ability to influence product direction through evidence-based insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a cross-product UX research roadmap.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including interviews and usability testing.
• Translate findings into personas, journey maps and strategic recommendations.
• Help establish scalable research practices across design, product and engineering.
