Qualifications
- Proven UX design experience across digital products/services.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design with measurable impact.
- Ability to lead end-to-end UX projects from discovery to delivery.
- Experience developing UX frameworks or playbooks to drive consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user-centred UX/UI solutions across Bentley's digital products and services.
- Develop and champion UX/UI Playbooks, embedding best practice and consistency.
- Provide UX expertise to influence product direction and decisions.
- Facilitate the UX/UI Forum, driving collaboration and governance across projects.
