Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or Site Supervisor in utilities.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in PM or construction are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and address any concerns.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
