Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Project / Site Supervisor to support the successful delivery of ongoing projects across London and the South East, with a strong focus on safety, organisation and quality.

You will oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely and to high quality standards, contributing to impactful utilities projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or Site Supervisor within the utilities sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management or construction are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and address any concerns.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare reports and documentation to track project milestones and performance.
