Job summary

Kelvin Power, part of VINCI Energies, seeks a Transmission Network Specialist to lead technical advisory and regulatory services across UK transmission projects, including RIIO-T3, CATO and OFTO programmes.

You will combine technical depth with commercial sense, manage risks, and engage with clients, regulators and network operators to drive project delivery across the UK energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients, regulators and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical advisory and grid connection projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and budgets for successful outcomes.
• Support delivery of complex transmission infrastructure and offshore wind projects.
• Provide specialist advice on UK electricity transmission regulations, grid connection requirements and industry standards.
• Assist regulatory submissions, technical assessments and compliance activities.
• Advise on grid code compliance, connection agreements, equipment specifications and system integration.
