Job summary

NaturalMotion Games, part of Zynga, is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to shape the player experience for a live-service mobile title. You will steer the end-to-end UX, manage a talented design team, and oversee the process from wireframes to Unreal Engine integration.

The role requires shipped-title leadership, expertise in live-ops, and mentoring internal and external designers. Hybrid work: 2 days in London, rest from home.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX vision for current and future projects within the studio.
• Oversee end-to-end UX/UI from wireframes to implementation in Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate with product, development, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive design.
• Use data and testing to optimize UX flows in live operations.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices.
