Parcks Inc. is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to translate our sovereignty-focused philosophy into intuitive experiences. You will shape how users discover, control, and trust our software, from encrypted messaging to local data ownership.
This role blends product leadership with hands-on design across the Parcks ecosystem. You will establish a unified design language, mentor designers, and advocate accessibility, usability, and elegant interaction.
We believe that freedom should not only be protected. It should be felt.
For too long, privacy-focused and sovereign technologies have been designed as tools for specialists: powerful, but intimidating; secure, but difficult; ethical, but lacking beauty. This is not the future we want to build.
A machine that respects its user should also respect their emotions, their time, and their intelligence.
We seek a Lead UI/UX Designer who can transform the philosophy of digital sovereignty into an experience that anyone can embrace. Someone who understands that interfaces are not decoration layered on top of technology, they are the bridge between human intention and machine capability.
You will be the architect of how users experience our software environnement: how they discover its power, how they understand its privacy, how they control their data, and how they build a relationship of trust with their devices.
Your mission is not simply to design screens. Your mission is to make freedom intuitive.
You will craft an experience where encrypted communication, personal servers, local data ownership, and sovereign computing feel as natural as the best consumer technologies, while preserving the values that make Parcks different.
You will help prove that ethical technology does not need to sacrifice beauty. That privacy can feel effortless. That rebellion can feel elegant. Your mission is to make the most human, intuitive, and beautiful sovereign computing experience ever created.
Privacy, security, and user ownership cannot remain concepts understood only by engineers, developers, and security experts. They must become natural behaviours available to everyone.
You will transform complex technological capabilities into simple, meaningful human experiences. A user should not need to understand cryptography to communicate privately. A family should not need technical expertise to control their own data. A creator should not need to become a systems administrator to own their digital workspace.
Your responsibility is to hide complexity without hiding power. You will create experiences where users always remain in control, but never feel overwhelmed by unnecessary complexity.
You will define how Umbrella OS communicates: trust, transparency, security, personal ownership, creativity, freedom.
You will establish a unified design language across Parcks products, ensuring that every interaction feels like part of one coherent ecosystem.
Your work sits at the intersection of industrial design, software engineering, human psychology, accessibility, privacy, and technology philosophy.
Every interaction is a decision. Every animation communicates a feeling. Every workflow either empowers the user or creates friction.
Design is not just about making technology look attractive. Design is about making technology worthy of trust.
