Circle Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior UI Designer to lead experience-led digital work for immersive projects in Birmingham. This hybrid role offers a salary up to £55k DOE and benefits, with flexibility across locations.

You will create engaging, user-centred interfaces for live events, exhibitions, interactive installations and digital products, collaborating with UX designers, developers and production teams to deliver polished, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing high-quality UI for experiential and digital environments.
• Strong portfolio across interactive experiences, installations, events, and digital products.
• Expert visual design skills: typography, layout, color, grid systems, responsive and interaction design.
• Experience designing interfaces for physical and digital touchpoints (exhibitions, live events, immersive spaces).
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and modern prototyping tools.
• Ability to translate complex brand stories into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience collaborating with developers and production teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows and rapid prototyping is advantageous.
• Passion for emerging technologies and digital innovation.
• Portfolio must be submitted with CV.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital interfaces for immersive experiences, live events, exhibitions and digital products.
• Craft visually compelling, user-centred interfaces across physical and digital environments.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers and creative teams to transform ideas into intuitive experiences.
• Lead as Senior UI Designer or in a Lead UI Designer capacity on experience-led work.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
• Take projects from concept through to delivery and ensure production-ready output.
• Collaborate closely with developers and production teams to deliver polished solutions.
