Job summary

IMT Resourcing Solutions is partnering with a growing marketing agency to recruit a UI Designer who can craft engaging, intuitive digital experiences across a varied client portfolio.

Based in Cheltenham with hybrid work, this role requires 2 days on-site per week and offers a salary up to £50,000. You’ll take ideas from concepts and wireframes through to high-fidelity designs and contribute to design systems and UI libraries.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in UI, digital or product design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web and interface design.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma and modern design workflows.
• Good understanding of UX principles, responsive design and accessibility.
• Experience creating and working with design systems.
• Confidence collaborating with developers and wider project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, user-focused interfaces across websites and digital platforms.
• Take projects from initial concepts and wireframes through to high-fidelity designs.
• Create responsive designs that work effectively across desktop and mobile.
• Develop and maintain design systems, components and UI libraries.
• Collaborate with UX, development, marketing and client-facing teams.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate the thinking behind your work.
